  • Experience Mod between 70 % and 150 %
  • Three year loss ratio under 50%
  • Clerical and Sales payroll cannot exceed 50% of total payroll
  • Premium under $ 35,000. after Experience Modification is applied.
  • 62 classes of business qualify including:
  • New ventures are eligible.
